According to WordPress Stats, this page has been clicked 9 times.  That’s 9 people who have come here looking to learn a little something about me and been bitterly disappointed!

Clearly, I’ve been remiss.

So …

I’m Michelle — a 27 year-old pyschology major turned financial analyst and part time petsitter.  Once a native of sunny Southern California, I now call the Arizona desert home.

I was drawn into the World of Warcraft two years ago by my little sister.  Aside from a brief flirtation with the Legend of Zelda in college, I’d never been much into video games, but WoW seemed like something fun that we could do together.  Since we weren’t raised by the same parents and have only recently had the opportunity to get to  know each other, I hoped that it would give us something to talk about as we worked to build a relationship.

Fun fact: When I downloaded my trial version, I didn’t know what server or faction my sister had chosen, so I started a Tauren shaman on Dalvynger who made it to all of level 17.

Eventually, my sister confessed that she was on Black Dragonflight (right faction, wrong server!), and I rolled an Undead mage with crazy purple hair so I could meet up with her level 12 warlock in Brill.  After all of three levels I realized I was fiercely jealous of her imp, so I deleted the mage and went warlock instead.

Yep.  Three hours into the World of Warcraft I knew I was a warlock with shamanistic tendencies.  And that mages sucked.

Two years later, very little has changed.

Commenting on a bio? Hmm… Isn’t your mum part of your guild, meaning that she’s met your paramour online already? That should make the real life transition somewhat smoother.

I had other stuff to say but will leave it if you feel commenting on a bio is stalker-level.

Oh, I should probably update this. I … kind of forgot it existed, lol.

I was adopted. It’s actually my birth mother who’s in the guild. My parents — technically, my “adopted parents,” but they raised me and will always be Mom and Dad to me 🙂 — hadn’t met Jef at the time that I wrote this.

And no worries, I don’t feel stalked. Unless that’s you I hear rustling around outside my window. Then, I might be a little bit worried. 😉

    Hey Elleiras,

I’m building an index of WoW information and I’ve recently added 2 links to Fel Fire. Each ‘Listing’ has a link, summary, user rating, as well as spaces for full description and images which are available to website owners.

You can see a search page of your listings here to get an idea of how the site works:

Once officially open the sites forums have threads for posting additional link requests for new content, or changes and error fixes in existing listings. You can also email me personally if you have new content you would like listed. Feel free to make my email available to staff but direct users to the forums please.

Though WoW-j has a large and useful amount of information already, it is still young and growing daily. It’s future is very much open to discussion or suggestion and any feedback is really appreciated.

    Good Luck and Thanks,
    Rich ‘Lasitus’

I’m looking for a RSS button, but I can’t seem to find it. I see now that there is one below the window I’m writing in, but that’s only for the comments.

I just added one — I think. >.> My last theme had it built-in, but this one doesn’t seem to. Thanks for pointing it out to me!
